In 2025, Eisenhower Health received the IBCLC Care Award, an international distinction presented by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners® (IBLCE®) and the International Lactation Consultant Association® (ILCA®).
This award recognizes hospitals that employ International Board Certified Lactation Consultants® (IBCLCs) and demonstrate a strong commitment to protecting, promoting and supporting breastfeeding families. Eisenhower Health was one of only five facilities in California to receive this honor in 2025 — and the only hospital in the Coachella Valley recognized that year.
