Be intentional…for the sake of your well-being. Here are five easy things that you can do right now as part of your wellness routine. Good for your mind, body and soul.

1.  Attitude of Gratitude

Each day, write a quick list of five things for which you are grateful. You’ll  be counting your blessings in no time.

2. Brain Food

Walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts have been shown to protect brain health and lower age-related cognitive decline. Serving size: ¼ cup per day.

3.  Send a Hand- Written Note

Buy some inspiring note cards and stamps, and at least once a week, mail a handwritten note to someone you miss.

4.   50 or Older?

Don’t delay — schedule your first colonoscopy. It will help to keep you healthy and may even save your life!

5.   Go TV-Free for One Week (or more)

Discover new possibilities for creativity, time with family and friends, and more reading. And while you’re at it, turn off your mobile devices and enjoy the feeling of being in the moment.
