“The most common reason for elbow pain is either golfer’s elbow or tennis elbow. Golfer’s elbow refers to pain on the inside of the elbow. Tennis elbow refers to pain on the outside of the elbow. Savin, MD, a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon affiliated with Eisenhower Health in Rancho Mirage, California, who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder and elbow disorders.
Dr. Savin believes that the most important treatment for tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow pain is a rehabilitation program that includes multiple different exercises and stretches – and he demonstrates his favorite exercise that you can quickly adopt in this Health Insights video blog.
