Pain Management – New Hope for Treating Chronic Pain

If you’re a human being, at one time or another, you’ve probably experienced neck pain or upper or lower back pain. We’ve all been there – yet when it becomes chronic – what can you do? There’s good news – there are more options than ever to diagnose and treat chronic pain.

According to Jeff Smith, DO, a Physiatrist with Eisenhower Health in Rancho Mirage, California, “there are many different ways to get information to help a patient.”

His colleague, Hazmer Cassim, DO, also a Physiatrist with Eisenhower Health says  “a variety of different treatments fall under the category of interventional techniques. The idea is to put treatment right at the source of a problem and make it more effective.”
