Eisenhower is proud to be a trusted provider of both health care and information for our community. Recently, Eisenhower received two significant recognitions including a Four Star Quality Rating on the Hospital Compare website. Created by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the website help consumers make informed decisions about health care. Only 20 percent of the 4,000 hospitals in the country received four or five stars. The rating was based on data summarizing approximately 64 quality measures reflecting common conditions treated at hospitals as well as measures that focus on hospital-acquired infections.
Eisenhower was also recognized in the U.S. News & World Report annual Best Hospitals list. Only two percent of hospitals in the nation to achieved high performer status on nine specific procedures and conditions and Eisenhower made the list! Mayo Clinic, Stanford and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center are just a few of the other 62 hospitals in the country to earn this recognition.
